At CFTP we are passionate about teaching kids the importance of exercise and eating properly. Whether your child needs to improve for a sport or just move for physical activity our CrossFit Kids certified instructors will help your kids have fun and introduce them to exercise at a young age. We find that not only are kids getting fitter during this class, they also learn discipline and what it means to be consisent.

This class is for kids ages 5-10 years old. First class is on us so come try us out.
